By using Kin, you agree to use it responsibly and follow these Terms, the Community Standards and the Safety Guidelines. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Who may use Kin
Kin is for people aged 18 and older. You are responsible for following the laws that apply where you use the service.
Acceptable use
Use Kin for genuine conversation. Do not harass, threaten, exploit, impersonate, scam, spam, promote, scrape or disrupt the service. Do not use Kin to share sexual or graphic content, target protected groups or collect another person's information.
Your conversations
You are responsible for what you say, show and share. Kin is anonymous, but it is not a guarantee that another person cannot identify you or capture what happens on their device. Never share information that must remain confidential.
Moderation
Kin may review reports, limit access, disconnect rooms or ban devices when it is necessary to protect people or the service. We may also respond to legal or safety requests.
Availability
Kin is provided as it is available. Rooms, matching, realtime media and individual features may change, be interrupted or be unavailable. Kin is not an emergency, medical, legal or crisis-response service.
Ending use
You can stop using Kin at any time. We may suspend or end access when these Terms or the Community Standards are broken, or when action is needed to protect the service.
Updates
We may change these Terms as the platform develops. Continuing to use Kin after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
